When is your wedding season?
We operate from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.
how many guests can we have?
120 is the maximum guest list.
How many weddings do you host?
We consider our venue exclusive and only host 8 weddings per season.
do you offer discounted rates for Friday and Sunday weddings?
We do not because we only host one(1) wedding per weekend. This allows for our couples to come Friday for a rehearsal, wedding on Saturday and then return Sunday to retrieve their items and decorations.
Do we need to rent tables and chairs?
No. We provide all of the tables and chairs you need for your reception and ceremony at no cost.
DOes the barn provide catering or alcohol?
No. We allow our couples the freedom of choosing their own vendors. We are happy to provide some recommendations for some great local vendors. Alcohol can be provided by the caterer or served by obtaining a one day special event permit. Our team at The Barn at PineStone is happy to help with this process.
Do you have parking on site?
Yes we have enough parking on site to accommodate all of your guests.
Is there lodging near by?
Yes our venue is surrounded by enough Airbnb's and hotels to meet all of your lodging needs. Our venue is an awesome Adirondack wedding destination location!
do you have bathrooms?
Yes although our building is almost 200 years old, we have modern bathrooms, electric and potable water.
